Well I guess by now everything is all healed and forgotten but if you do by any chance read you should try and build up some muscle definition in your legs... This injury would probably would not have happened if the muscles and ligaments supporting the knee there were stronger.. Just a thought

i feel your pain...i damn newar broke my wrist yesterday from playing GH world tour, rockin the drums. needless to say, after 9 hours of mountain dew and coors light enduces mega rocking....i can barely move my right hand, maybe something is broken....some people just dont appreciate our struggle. theres alot of pain that comes with being the greatest digital rocker on the PLANET!!
